In the event of a change in control of Little Movements or sale by Little Movements of substantially all of its assets, any information owned by or in the control of Little Movements may be transferred to the Little Movements successor, who will comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy, as it may be amended from time to time.

A. Tracking Technologies (e.g., Cookies)

Little Movements and/or Third Parties may use tacking technologies to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience with the Site and Services. We leverage various tools and services to improve your shopping experience. Little Movements works with third party companies (e.g., ad networks) that may use cookies for purposes including, without limitation, understanding Web usage patterns of users who see advertisements on the Site, controlling the sequence of advertisements you see, making sure you don't see the same advertisement too many times, determining your interests and tailoring advertisements and promotions based on those interests. The advertisement may appear when you are visiting a different section of this Site, another Site or any other website on the Internet if the website also has a relationship with Little Movements’ vendor. You can choose to limit Behavioral Advertising on the Site by clicking http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ and opting-out of cookies placed by those vendors listed. After you opt-out, you will still see advertisements but the advertising may not be as relevant to your interests. 4. HOW LITTLE MOVEMENTS DISCLOSES INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES

Little Movements may share your information with its parent companies, affiliates, and/or subsidiaries and with Third Parties under the circumstances described below. If you do not want Little Movements to use or disclose information collected about you in the ways identified in this Policy, you should not use the Site or Services.

We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested Third Parties to help them understand the usage patterns for certain Services.

1. Government Agencies

Little Movements may disclose and release your Personal Information to government representatives: (a) to comply with valid legal requirements such as a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena or court order; or (b) in special cases, such as a physical threat to you or others, a threat to homeland security, a threat to Little Movements’s system or network, or in any cases in which Little Movements believes it is reasonably necessary to investigate or prevent harm, fraud, abuse, illegal conduct or a violation or alleged violation of this Policy or other agreement Little Movements may have with you.

2. Service Providers

Little Movements may provide your Personal Information to service providers who work on its behalf or help Little Movements to operate Little Movements’s business, the Site and the Services. We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of Little Movements (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers). As we develop our business, we may buy or sell assets or business offerings. Customer, email, and visitor information is generally one of the transferred business assets in these types of transactions. We may also transfer or assign such information in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers, or dissolution.

Any Personal Information or other content that you voluntarily disclose becomes available to the public, as controlled by any applicable privacy or website customization settings. To change your privacy settings on the Site, you may visit your online account with Little Movements. If you remove information that you posted to the Site, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Site, or if other users have copied or saved that information.

4. Promotional Partners

Some or all of the information collected during promotions, contest, polls, or sweepstakes (collectively, "Promotions") may be disclosed publicly. It may also be shared with other Third Parties as disclosed at the time of collection or in the Promotion rules. 5. Affiliated Companies

Little Movements may share your Personal Information and/or any other information collected hereunder with its subsidiaries and affiliated companies. Additionally, in the event Little Movements goes through a business transition such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your Personal Information may be among the assets transferred. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and are permitted by this Policy.

5. Public

Little Movements may make message boards, chat rooms, blogs, product review forums and other interactive forums available as part of the Services. You should be aware that any information which you post to these interactive forums or otherwise choose to make publicly available, including your Personal Information, may be disclosed and available to all users who have access to that portion of the Site or Services. By using these interactive Services, you agree that Little Movements is not responsible for any information that you disclose or communicate in such forums, and any disclosures you make are at your own risk.

5. ACCESS AND CONTROL

At this time Little Movements does not respond to browser 'Do Not Track' signals, as Little Movements awaits the work of interested stakeholders and others to develop standards for how such signals should be interpreted.

The Site and Services are not directed or intended for children under 13 years of age. Little Movements does not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, you should not register or provide Personal Information on the Site or through the Services. If you are the parent or guardian of a child whom you believe has disclosed Personal Information to Little Movements, please contact Little Movements at lmcustomerservice18@gmail.com so that Little Movements may delete and remove such child's information from Little Movements’ systems.

You may, of course, decline to submit Personal Information through the Site and/or Service, in which case the Site and/or Service may not be able to provide certain services to you. 6. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

Deletion of Your Personal Information. You have the right to request that Little Movements delete Personal Information collected by Little Movements. THIRD PARTY EMAIL AND SMS SERVICES:

We use Klayvio for email and sms services. Klayvio’s privacy policy also applies to our customers and users. Their privacy policy is below, and is hereby made a part of our privacy policy by this reference.

Klaviyo provides marketing technology services to other businesses. To take advantage of Klayvio services, our clients share with us information about their individual consumers, including contact details and shopping histories. We analyze that information and develop and send communications to the consumers only at the direction of the client who provided the information, and only on that client’s behalf. We may also collect personal data for our own business purposes in connection with our business, such as business contact details of potential customers or job applicants’ resumes. We do not collect employee or HR related data in the EU or Switzerland, or transfer such information either into or out of the EU or Switzerland.

Our website and online services are designed for businesses and are not intended for personal, family or household use.
